Babies and young children can often be hard to entertain.

But many will be fascinated with touch-screen technology and that's no surprise.

The touch screen provides instant gratification with interesting images, movements, and sounds...appealing to every senses.

Understandably, many parents are thrilled there is such interactive technology so easily available.

However, to date there is no research studying a connection between tablets or smartphones and infant learning.

So what happens when they become addicted to the screen?
